⚠️ Deposit is a flat rate of RM300 (refundable upon checkout, subject to room condition). Monthly tenants: electricity metered separately. Cooking allowed with pantry/fridge rental available.
📋 Booking & Payment Policy
Room Reservation: Your room will only be officially reserved once a minimum booking payment of RM50 is received. Balance can be settled on check-in day.
First Come First Served: Without booking payment, the room remains open to all applicants regardless of system reservation status.
No Refund on Cancellation: The RM50 booking fee is strictly non-refundable if the booking is cancelled for any reason.
